"The room next door was having loud arguments at 3:30 am. I called the front desk, received no answer. Went downstairs and spent 5 minutes trying to get the employees attention. He had headphones on and was scrolling on his phone. He called them and asked them to be quiet. He then called my room and told me to call if they were loud again. They were. I called. He didn't pick up. I went back downstairs and spent another 5 minutes trying to get his attention. Absolutely ridiculous. "

"The room had many stains… Blood on the comforter, big yellow/orange stain on the wall next to the toilet, stains all over the carpet. Staff was nice but the conditions of this hotel could improve for sure. "

"Staff were extremely friendly; rooms were super clean. My only complaint, and I'm sure it was out of the hotel's hands, but the whole reason we booked this hotel was because of the convenience for attending Supercross. Last time we stayed for Supercross (2023), it was so nice to be able to use the Skywalk and walk indoors (sheltered from the weather) from our hotel to the convention center and then to Lucas Oil Stadium. This time (unbeknown to us), the Skywalk and the Convention Center were closed so we had to walk in the rain to get to the stadium... that was kinda disappointing. But, otherwise, we had a great stay."

"Staff was nice. Did allow us to check in early which was nice. Elevators weren't working well. Took 14m to get an Elevator at noon. Stains of body fluid on couch in our room where my son had to sleep. Went for breakfast at 9am and no waffle batter left. We went home with one hungry and sad daughter. "

"Would have liked morre channelks on TV. Most places have alot of cabel channells. There for woomens Big10 tournament- no Big 10 channell only sports channell ESPN and ESPN 2. Otherwise things were good."
