"The reception gentleman for check in was so helpful and kind. We each used the translator on our phones and had laughs. He recommended an excellent restaurant for authentic food that was very close. The breakfast was delicious and the attendant was very conscientious. She kept everything stocked and was also quite helpful. Loved the quiet in the rooms and even on our balcony. A peaceful location. Good choice. From the Ravenna train station it was a wild bus ride on #80. Be sure to watch for...

"Please do yourself a favour and do not stay here. The pics of the hotel on line do not reflect the dilapidated condition of the hotel!! The material couch at the entrance is full of dust and has bugs. The rest of the lobby is dark and dusty. The bathroom in the room we were assigned was infested with black mould on the floor and ceilings. We stayed there on October 29, 2026 for one night and have written to Expedia re health/safety concerns of this hotel as the hotel needs an inspection...

"Wonderful location near train station. Solid breakfast. Main entrance is on a side alley. Older furnishings but everything was satisfactory."

"I completely recommend this hotel! It is gorgeous and full of history. The rooms are huge with very high ceilings. The service is top-notch, and the staff is very friendly. The location is unbeatable. Highly recommended"

"Pretty dilapidated hotel. I paid about $165usd for a scary looking room. Expect nothing, then ur fine. More like a 2 star. Has an elevator tho, which is great. This hotel is screaming for a makeover- and at that price… a bit absurd. 1 min walk to train station, which is amazing . I got a call and said they oversold. Was gonna put me at another hotel 11 min walk away (i specifically picked this hotel bc of my cruise and 2 suitcases). They somehow figured it out for me and I was able to stay....

"A lovely spot to stay in, close to the old centre of Ravenna (10 minutes on foot). The staff were relaxed and welcoming (in various languages). The whole place was calm and quiet, with great breakfasts. I also enjoyed the fact that although a hotel, it didn't look or fell like one."

"Staffs are friendly, breakfast is really yummy, the room we stayed is well maintained and walking distance to the train station."
