"Perfect stopover near the train station"

"I didint know that hotel was only located from 32nd floor and above. To get to reception was scary, I understand that the entrance was under construction but it was very tiring to get 32nd floor by the slow lift and then get another lift to get to your room. My check in was sweet, I had a very friendly guy who was half French half English he was very helpful and check out was smooth but there was a long queue for it. Room service was extremely poor as asking a simple black tea bag became very challenging with room service lady who couldn’t speak a word of English. Hotel is locating very close to Westfield shopping center and all the main train stations and trams. So traveling there wasn’t hard. It was very disappointing that hotel just wanna charge for anything such as late check out which many hotels are offering it for free. That didint feel good."

"Modern, friendly hotel. Close to the metro which takes you straight to the old town in less than ten minutes. The secure car park is €15 per night and has EV chargers available - ask for a RFID card from reception. Don't miss the fabulous roof terrace."

"The staff was gracious and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. The only negative was the ongoing renovation. Still a very good value and close to CDG with complimentary shuttle."

"L’hôtel est situé de telle façon que les chambres sont calmes. Tout le personnel était adorable, des réceptionnistes aux femmes de chambre en passant par le cuisinier. La literie est incroyablement confortable. Les chambres sont plutôt spacieuses et décorées de façon sobre mais efficace. Petit déjeuner varié mais peut-être un peu cher. "

"Room temp was set to 24 degrees and the air con didn’t work, the staff said it was because it was 18 degrees outside the week before but in what world does that make a comfortable sleeping temp 24? And surely I should be able to change it. Eventually got a fan from a very helpful night shift worker"

"Everything was perfect, I dont know why there are negative comments Best for me was secure parking (free) Next to bus stop (30 mins by single bus to cente) Room was clean spacious and above the standard, One point: No air conditioning( for summer it would be required) Definitely will consider again"
