Morning staff is fine, night staff is terrible and rude. Multiple issues around poor state of of the building including leakages, fire alarm went off randomly during the stay

Le personnel est très accueillant, la chambre est petite, on voit qu’elle est rénovée, c’est pas « parfait » mais plus que convenable. Le plus: je ne sais pas si c’est un hasard mais aucun bruit dans l’hôtel ! Et très bon petit dej. Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Nous sommes allés au centre de Lyon en Tram, qui est à 10min de l hôtel à pied.

Inacceptable ! Bien qu'ayant réservé deux chambres de 2 lits simples pour 2 adutes depuis début mai, lors de notre arrivée à la date et l'heure prévue il nous a été annoncé qu'il ne restait plus que des chambres avec grand lit !!! Il a donc fallu passer les nuits à dormir à deux ( nous avons entre 72 et 80 ans ) dans même lit. Désormais nous ne séjournerons plus jamais chez Kyriad, la leçon est retenue... SVP respectez mieux vos clients.

L’emplacement était parfait pour un séjour avec voiture, très accessible du parc relais. Plusieurs problèmes d’eau et d’égout sur place. Notre chambre sentait très fortement l’égout et après 1 nuit, on s’est renseigné et apparemment que c’était un problème pour tout l’hôtel à ce moment. On nous a donné un désinfectant, mais la propreté était moyenne. Le personnel d’accueil et de restauration était super gentil et réactif. Le personnel de chambre, moins courtois. On a eu la malchance d’avoir une alarme de feu le matin à 8h30, ce qui a réveillé tout l’hôtel.

Très bel hôtel par contre impossible de dîner le vendredi soir car le restaurant est fermé jusqu'à dimanche il serait bon de rectifier l'info sur la présentation de l'hôtel mais heureusement il y'a un resto juste à côté repas prix correct et bonne nourriture Merci pour le statut VIP très apprécié cela espère en bénéficier pour une prochaine réservation 👍

Un prix trop élevé pour Très petite chambre malgre tout confortable avec un bon petit déjeuner. Au delà de la taille de la chambre, les points notables sont l’environnement très dégradé par des hôtels abandonnés et/ ou squattés le long du parking et le bruit !!! Insupportable le manque d’isolation phonique vers le couloir. On a l’impression d’avoir la porte de chambre ouverte !
