"Everything was fine, just keep in mind you are paying for convenience. The rooms are tiny, we didn’t have hot water, and the tv was mostly just static. BUT the employees were super kind and helpful, the room was clean, the free breakfast was decent, and the bar made a pretty good pina colada. So no major complaints, just keep your expectations in check."

"Bali Posh Isla Verde, conveniently situated near the airport in Carolina, boasts easy access to the Isla Verde Beach and a short drive to Old San Juan and other metropolitan area locations. The rooms were cleaned, the staff very friendly, and the common areas were well maintained. The pool and bar area were particularly nice. My fiancée and I had an amazing time here and would definitely stay again if we visit this area again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan! The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to isla verde beach and less than a 10-minute drive from the airport, tours have this location as a pick up spot making it incredibly convenient.
The amenities were fantastic, and the staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a great way to start each morning, with plenty of delicious options.

"Amazing we had a great time, highly recommend. The pool was nice and warm, pool bar closes around 7pm, always something open to grab a bite although prices are a bit expensive on the property, beach was absolutely amazing, clear water and soft sand. No weeds. The hotel was 5 mins from the airport and within walking distance to a strip with many restaurants and walking area. Also Easy to get an uber to the hotel and go wherever you want to explore Puerto Rico!"

"Never ! It’s a beautiful place hiding behind insane business practices . We had our belongings by the adult only pool for a few mins - in beach bags - cell phones , ids , credit cards things like that . In chairs set up by the pool area workers and then they were taken ! After the initial shock we are told they were taken bc they were left “unattended “ and taken to lost and found . We were blamed for leaving our stuff at the pool chairs while in the pool . "We arrived the night of our check-in date and were notified there was no power at the hotel, but that it would be back around 2 am. "Service was horrible. Staff was rude and very unwelcoming. Security came up due to noise complaints over a 2 year old. We were being served dinner in paper plates in dishes that were above $50 cost.
