"The location was great perfectly located. The staff was top tier. No complaints on those two ends. No on to the property itself. This hotel is way too expensive to have the amount of mold in the bathroom that it has. All over the shower falls and sink! It was so hard for me to even use the restroom! The rooms are so out dated! The windows inside and out were so dirty! Paying extra for the view was worthless! The rooms are very old and outdated! A full makeover is needed on this hotel! The rooms need microwave and refrigerator a well! This hotel needs so tender loving care asap!"

"Upon arrival, told we’d been “upgraded” to the West House next door. Sounded exciting with promises of included breakfast and happy hour. We ended up in a room with no bathroom counter and no air conditioning. Should’ve been a sign when there was a stand alone fan in our room. The room didn’t go below 75 once. The front desk staff was wonderful, their only saving grace."

"Great hotel and staff. Very cool decor and the rooftop bar has a great view. Service at the bar was not so great. The only issue I had was the filtered water machines on every floor. The one on our floor did not work so we had to go to another floor. Also they were not designed to fill bottles. Even the bottles in the room, so it was always a mess trying to fill them."

"Our AC didn’t work the first night. They did repair it pretty promptly, but we ended up having to change rooms and they gave us a small credit for that inconvenience. Everything was relatively clean, but it is an older hotel with dark carpet. I kept my socks on. The bathroom was very clean. I did see a roach in the middle of the night in the bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It’s a good location. I booked it because of the rooftop pool which ended up not being open because it doesn’t open till after Memorial Day a real bummer since we had 95° days the week before Memorial Day. This was not well advertised and I would not have stayed there had I known this. This was a package deal through Expedia, which turned out to be pretty good as it was close to where I needed to be. Not sure I would stay there again though."
