"The airport shuttle was quick, convenient, and made our arrival and departure stress-free. Since I had early morning activities planned, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a to-go breakfast for me, which was both convenient and greatly appreciated. "This hotel has the luxury of being situated by the entrance of the beautiful Tikal National Park, and I guess feels it doesn’t need to give much more than that. Such a shame. Clean and comfortable enough but service, amenities and energy not as it should be. You can do SO much better Jungle Lodge. Disappointing accomodation and value for what was still an awesome experience visiting the park."

The only small issue was that the booking website mentioned laundry facilities, but they were not actually available. However, the staff kindly informed us that there is a laundromat just a short walk from the hotel, Overall, we had a very good stay and would happily recommend this place."
