"Very friendly staff, clean and within a good reach of all to see and do in Florence. Public parking right next door and a reduced rate whilst staying at the hotel. Would recommend the hotel for a Florence visit."

"The location was very convenient, across the train station. The room was very clean but when we opened one of the drawers we found a bunch of men underwear and socks. Kinda disgusting. In the bathroom the bar supporting the shower constantly falling off, the hotel needs some TLC The rest was good . Kudos for offering 2 extra pillows!"
