The location was close to a park, a few eating places and laundrymat all in walking distance in a quiet neighborhood. Taxi ride from hotel was not to far from Train station. The breakfast staff were very attentive and allowed us early access for our early excursions. The Breakfast was plentiful, tastey and elegantly presented.

In general the hotel experience was very good, excellent service and very friendly staff, quiet room, breakfast everyday was excellent - fruit, different cereals, eggs, bread, pastry etc. The hotel has rooms in 3 floors and no elevator, so lots of stairs to climb and is about 15 to 20 minutos walk to the center of town.

Exactly what we needed. Close to Campo Di Marte train station and has 24 hour check in/reception. We got in late on our train and they were super helpful in directing us to a restaurant that was still open. The space is very clean and historic in feel. Free breakfast every morning was great and a lot of food options that were delicious. No complaints at all. Just be aware that this is not located very close to the more touristy parts of Florence down by Ponte de Vecchio/Uffizi.

This hotel is a gem. A former consular building, it features elegant rooms with high roofs, elegant furniture and a comfortable sitting room, delightful dining room and a smashing little garden with seating in the private courtyard. The staff are charming. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast staff in particular were lovely and took real pride in their work. Highly recommend. In addition to the selighrs of the city, there is a fine synagogue and a historic English Cemetery within 5 minutes walk which both welcome visitors.

Hotel is a little gem. On a quiet street with a lovely green garden/parking area in the back. Breakfast was abundant and wonderful, especially served by the warm and welcoming Grazia and her colleagues. Sweet park with tiny carousel and lots of children at the end of the block. If you master the bus network the area is well served, and even without, almost everything is still in walking distance. We would gladly return.

Lovelly hotel in a historical building, our kids thought they lived in a castle. We had a room at the ground floor with access to a pateo and a small and very cute garden area. Breakfast was ok and staff very friendly.
