"Hip hotel in Florence. It’s an eclectic mix of students and tourists at the hotel. The location is convenient. A short walk to the train station and easy access to historic Florence. The free laundry machines were a nice bonus in the middle of our trip through Italy."

"I cannot say enough compliments for the staff / especially at the front desk. A major thank you to Gene who helped me when I lost my sunglasses. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into the city center. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a nice bar area and a good breakfast. A welcome drink was a very nice touch."

"The location was great, easy access to the train station and all the popular spots in Florence. We stayed in the junior suite which was very spacious, however the shower was designed poorly so a lot of water leaked every time we bathed. Breakfast buffet was standard. Towels provided were extremely old/thin/raggedy and unfortunately had an unpleasant smell. Overall probably won’t stay here again but will give stars for the good location and spacious room."
