"Fabulous hotel, theming is really fun and novel. We had a gigantic hell themed room with really high ceilings. The room was beautifully decorated and fun, albeit a little unsettling at night! The lobby is huge, well themed and dominated by the enclosed courtyard where the restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. They have numerous bars and books and crannies to explore. Staff were super friendly and efficient, no complaints there, our room was ready early and the bottle of champagne was kept cool with ice even though we arrived later than expected. Location is wonderful, the hotel is the heart of a small piazza were locals eat at the outdoor restaurant. It's about 10 minutes walk to the Doumo. Amenities were the only negative, there is a sauna which was nice, then a room with cold water showers and a place to relax at room temperature. The gym is really small and cramped, they have 2 treadmills and a bike downstairs but you are really on top of one another."

"This place is nothing like my wife & I have experienced. This is a whole new hotel stay. It was a great experience & very active place. From the food, drinks, service and all, it was truly a great experience. The pool, food & drinks on the rooftop was amazing. I will definitely stay here again."

"Muy buena ubicación, la propiedad es la mejor que he estado en Italia hasta ahora, el personal tuvo mi habitación lista mucho antes de la hora del check in, el proceso de check-in fue muy rápido y placentero apenas demore 1 min. Cada vez que contacté a la propiedad, enseguida me respondían. Cuando vuelva a Florencia, me vuelvo a quedar en este hotel."

"Beautiful hotel right in the centre. Fabio at the front desk was very welcoming and the room was great with a wonderful bright super clean marble bathroom. We booked a superior room and the sheets were fine linen and we slept really well. Cute bar too for a drink."
