You can use the washing machine which was helpful for we travelled hand luggage only. Apartment was large and had everything you needed, even a friendly cat that would visit the garden! "We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. "The bedside lamp was not working. There are no restaurants in the approximately and they only serve paninis. It has a beautiful view but it is quite the drive to get up there. The credit machine was not working so we had to pay cash. "

"Clean but shower did not drain and backed up into entire bathroom and started to run into room. Called to let them know about problem but not sure they understood drain issue. Cleaned the room up and brought all new towels. But it did it again the next morning when my husband showered. Check out was at 10 am so u could not shower."

"Hotel was in a beautiful setting on a cliff overlooking the Ionian Sea. Room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of patio space with sun beds by the large saltwater pool and attractive pool bar with extensive bar menu. Food was good. Staff were wonderful. Parking was gated and free - we were lucky to secure a spot as it was off season and one could not reserve in advance. Only criticism was that the hotel was a sprawling design and easy to get lost, and decor a bit dated."

"We loved our stay here just as much,if not more than the first time we stayed here!! All our needs were well attended to by their excellent staff. Parking was very convenient and safe. Daily breakfast selection was wonderful and varied each day!! Spectacular views from dining areas and from our room balcony of the sea, coastline and MT. Etna. Beautiful flowers everywhere. I will definitely stay here the next time we visit Taormina. The location is perfect, close to shopping and restaurants and cafes. The staff made excellent recommendations for dining in the evening and were able to secure reservations for us which was important. This hotel is perfect for restful nights! Thank you Bel Soggiorno for wonderful memories and an amazing stay!"
