"The breakfast was excellent. Likely one of the best breakfast setups I've seen at any hotel at all. The room was very comfortable and had a fun setup. We had the king room with a sofa bed and it had a moveable tv so you could watch it from the couch, the kitchen island or the bed. There's a stove top, but no oven, except I reckon the microwave could be used as a convection oven! I didn't realize that part ahead of time or I wouldve taken more advantage of that. The staff in the food area was Very Attentive and helpful and kept everything very well stocked. Check in was a little rushed and stressful, but overall very quick and easy. Just could've been friendlier. Overall, this hotel was wonderful and I have no real complaints. "

"Booked this hotel specifically for the room with a whirlpool tub. When we arrived, we noticed they were doing construction outside as there were 2 large lifts taking over half of the parking out front. Once inside, we could see they were doing complete a complete interior renovation. When checking in, the clerk told me that our room was on the 4th floor and that it was the first to be renovated. We got to our room and the first thing I saw was there was a shower and not a whirlpool tub as I had reserved. I called the front desk and she said that their page information was not updated and the renovation was removing those rooms. Ultimately they did offer to refund half the cost, but would have preferred to know upfront so I could have booked elsewhere."

"The hotel was horrible. When you walk by the breakfast area is smelled as if raw sewage was present. We refused to eat breakfast because it was so bad. The room floors were god awful and sticky. The shower would have been ok if the shower were cleaned. We were woken by people running up and down the halls and the floor above us throwing a party. I will not stay at this one again. "

"Almost a perfect stay! I’ve stayed at several Drury properties over the last 10 years, including Chicago, Austin, and Richmond VA, they’ve never let me down. My recent stay at Drury Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northeast was no exception. The location is great, tucked into a nice neighborhood and close to the Castleton and Keystone shopping areas. The lobby has a classic, welcoming feel. The staff across the board from reception to breakfast lounge to housekeeping were consistently courteous, attentive, and always available when needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The entire property was spotless, from the entrance all the way to the room. The room itself was spacious, as was the bathroom, with a very comfortable bed and a large TV. A couple of minor downsides: the breakfast and dinner options were somewhat limited, and there wasn’t an in-room safe (which may not matter to everyone). Also the TV, there wasn’t a wide range of channels.By the way, I almost forgot to mention about the nice indoor swimming pool and the fitness room, nice add-ons. Would I come back? Absolutely yes!"
