"Just booked my second stay for this hotel. We loved this hotel. The location is perrrrfect....so many restaurants and shops. Practically next door to the Buena Vista which was a huge pleasant surprise. Great local coffee shop across the street, and 2 really good breakfast spots also across the street. Trolley access, bike tours are super close by... everything. If you are traveling for the San Francisco marathon, this is a great spot."

"We had a wonderful time and location was perfect. I know there were some renovations being done. Not a problem & thanks so much for the hospitality 👍"

"Good location nice staff cleaning the rooms. The receptionist was as interesting as a ROCK. NO SMILES NO THANK YOU FOR COMING NOTHING ABSOLUTELY THE WORST RECEPTION WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. MADE US FEEL UNWELCOME AND WE WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. HONESTLY. OTHER GUESTS I SPOKE TO AT THE PROPERTY FELT THE SAME WAY."

"Clean room and excellent staff"
