"Nice view Fair Price Low standard kitchen and bath Spacious rooms Kommunikation: we arrived at 16:00 and after having phoned we got the written Infos concerning the opening procedures only after 17:00. I should expected them at least a day beforehand. "

"Our flight arrived after 3 pm and we drove to the location only to learn they can’t even open the door for you past 3pm. Then we could not reach anyone. No one responded. We were just left stranded. Horrible situation. We had to find and pay for another hotel hosting us great stress and money. "

Eine moderne Küche mit allem was es braucht und im Vorraum hat es eine zusätzliche Küche, was für mich ideal war, zum Fische ausnehmen. Die Vermieter wohnen im separaten Teil des Gebäudes. "The property had flaking paint in bedroom looked like water damage. Overall cleanliness was poor lots of dust and cobwebs particularly upstairs behind sofa bed. Covers off sockets in two rooms. Lamp needs attention upstairs. Needs curtains in bedrooms to block out the light. We have stayed at this resort three times never had issues before."

"A lovely place to stay when visiting Ribe. Easy walk in to town about 8 mins away. Family friendly, in fact kid enthusiastic- a large playground onsite. Car friendly with parking nearby, but for us the 12 minute walk to the train station was scenic and enjoyable. The breakfast consisted of slices of bread, buns, cheeses, individual portioned jams and butter. Along with boxed apple juice. All good, but not very exciting."

Our room lacked fans or airconditioning but had good windows (no screens) . Kitchen was excellent. Overall an excellent stay. "
