The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful as my elderly and infirm parents required a room close to reception - not far to walk - so she changed the room for easier access. "Booked as a stopover, I chose this hotel because it had a restaurant. Was very disappointed to discover that the restaurant was not open at weekends. There are chain restaurants about 1/2 an hour's walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, with a small ensuite wet room cubicle. It was very noisy, and I was woken several times in the night by noise from neighbouring rooms and the corridor outside the room. I would not choose this hotel again."
