Catherine was so friendly & helpful & even booked us dinner at a local restaurant which was delicious & amazing value. "We had a relaxing stop on our trip through southern France. The panoramic hotel is easy to reach from the highway, safe and free parking in front of the property is effortless. The spacious room we had was tastefully decorated and had a large balcony with a gorgeous view over the lake. Everything was perfectly clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the charcuterie plate at the bar, the restaurant looked also fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"Spa concept is all show. Looks good on brochures and in photos but lacks functionality. No hot water, hydrotherapy jets weak. Confusing layout. Misses the “Ahaaa” in relaxation. "

"Reasonable location. Disappointing facilities - book in closes at 18.00 (no reception after this time) and restaurant closed on Sunday evening. Room comfortable and clean but public areas bleak and unwelcoming. "

"Première réservation avec Hôtel.com. Extrêmement déçu, les 2 nuits nous ont couté 40% plus cher que le tarif affiché dans la chambre. Nous n'avions pas encore connu cela avec d'autres sites de réservation en ligne. De plus nous pensions être dans un hôtel or il s'agit d'une chambre d'hôte réservée plutôt à des pèlerins, literie en mauvais état. Accueil strict, poli mais sans considération normalement attendue pas des touristes."

"Très belle chambre immense. Une salle de bain séparée des toilettes WC. Une belle terrasse même s'il faisait un peu froid pour en profiter. Dès peignoirs a disposition si on veut profiter du spa. "

"Pas de réceptionniste sur place à mon arrivée, pas de serviettes dans la chambre, poubelle non vidée, la lumière et ventilation des toilettes automatique se sont déclenchées par intermittence pendant toute la nuit. Le matin table pour pt dèj non nettoyée."
