Perfect overnight

Nice experience for an overnight stay during a road trip. Comfy bed and pillows, quiet, nice room space, and everything is perfectly clean, dog-friendly and close to a Tesla supercharger. Parking slots are large enough. The automated check-in machine worked fine.

Good hotel for sleeping

You get what you pay for. We only stayed one night and it suited or needs (to get some good sleep). The room is not so big but if you are only going to sleep is perfect. We had a room towards the highway but we didn’t hear the traffic. Would stay again.

Pristine Hotel Spoiled by Disgraceful Breakfast.

The problem with Kyriad hotels is that there is no consistent standard. This one is one of the best. Everything is pristine and the receptionist on our arrival could not have been more helpful. However our stay was spoilt by the terrible breakfast. We arrived 45 minutes before closing to find that the small amount of hot food left was dried out and inedible. There were insufficient pastries left and we had to specifically ask for milk as none was provided. On pointing these out to the sole reception staff member we were greeted with a shrug. If visiting again we would decline the breakfast and eat at the McDonalds next door.

Il n'y a rien a dire sur la propreté et le confort de la literie. En revanche, un gros problème de chauffage des chambres ET des parties communes. Pas d'option chaude pour le petit déjeuner (à part les boissons). Tout ça avec environ 1 degré dehors, c'est dur ! Si vous êtes légèrement frileux, passez votre chemin !!!

On ne peut pas régler la température de la clim soi même. Elle était bloquée à 23°ce qui est trop froid pour moi. Donc j'ai dû la couper et j'ai eu chaud toute la nuit. C'est malheureusement ainsi dans tous les KYRIAD, on ne peut pas choisir la température du chauffage ou de la clim. Il faut s'adresser à la réception, ce qui est très pénible et surtout elle était fermée à 21h quand je suis arrivée! Je ne choisirai plus cette chaine d'hôtel car j'ai très mal dormi. C'est dommage car la chambre était confortable, propre et bien équipée.

Hôtel facile d'accès proche d'un célèbre restaurant américain Il y a une cafetière et une bouilloire dans la chambre il faut juste prévoir de quoi se restaurer la matin car lors de notre séjour il n'était pas possible de prendre un petit déjeuner car tout était fermé au sein de l'hôtel

Chambre rez de chaussée...pas de clim ... Enfin si il y a la clim ...mais il ne l'a branche pas ..elle est inutilisable... Une chaleur intenable ....donc fenêtre ouverte .. hôtel a 100 mètres de l'autoroute. . On a pas dormi. Je vous devons cet hôtel .
