"Such a lovely hotel , amazing view of the river , was given a upgrade wow it was a 2 bedroom apartment floor to ceiling window in lounge to relax and watch the boats sail by what more could we ask for . The food was all delicious, we had breakfast , lunch and dinner , staff were all very friendly . The hydropool in spa was relaxing everywhere was clean . There were a couple of niggles in the room , the bed was making creaking noises every movement which was a bit annoying so maybe the bedstead...

"I stayed for 2 nights and didnt fully experience what the hotel had to offer such as the spa, swimming pool, restaurant and bar area as i had my dog with me and understood that dogs wasnt allowed in the public areas ..... i would go back and stay again and hopefully get to enjoy the spa experience. "Clean room, with coffee and tea facilities in the room! Spa was clean, modern and great outdoor pool! Would definitely book again! Nice view of the seaside and close to the centre of Bournemouth. Only downside was the parking, as limited spaces best to get there early to get a spot. "
