"Naples was definitely a bit of a culture shock, but this hidden gem felt like a peaceful escape from the busy city. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. "The AC did not work as it said it did. It blew hot air. I would not recommend this place seeing as it advertises falsely. It was 36°C in Naples and the room felt like 40°C. The bathroom shower did not hold the water either it would fall out of the base and go onto the floor which risked a leak in the room."

"this was a disappointing stay. When we booked the room, it was noted that the room was in the Anex building. In reality, the room was located a 10 min walk through a pedestrian (motorcycles allowed), very busy and hectic road. It was an unwelcomed surprise at check in. The staff was friendly and helpful. But we just could overcome the issue with the location; the "anex" building is in a complete different area as the advertised location"

The staff were all nice and helpful. Our room was on the top floor and just had a small window, but we didn't spend that much time in there so it wasn't an issue for us.
