"Liked: staff gave excellent customer service, very friendly and nice, always helpful; everything was clean, my room was very clean the lobby, lobby bathrooms, breakfast area, outside areas, hallways, fitness center. Breakfast was ok for a free breakfast, coffee in breakfast area was always hot and fresh. My mom and kids enjoyed the waffle station. Dislikes: the pool was dirty however the patio area around was not dirty. The pool needs to be tended to professionally by a pool maintenance company....

"5 stars for all but one survey question. The customer service was wonderful from the front desk to the clerk in the dining hall and even the housekeepers. Our room was clean but the bodywash was out and the bedding needs to be updated or needs lint removal. Other than that I cannot complain. Peaceful, quiet, clean, and friendly place to stay!"
