"The gentleman in the front office was kind and fast to get us checked in, especially after driving for hours and needed some rest, that was much appreciated. The rooms was clean but the hotel looked run down and out of date. I also didn’t have a tv in our room but it looked like it was equipped for one but it was missing. The parking has lots of potholes. "Staff are fantastic. Property itself is starting to show signs of neglect mimicking the loss of businesses and properties that surround it (multiple closed office building and mall across the street). AC barely worked - fortunately it wasn't summer time, missing cover on ceiling light, multiple common areas with signs of wear and tear."

"This is honestly the dirtiest, most awful place. My first room had a heavy odor of smoke, they were kind enough to change my room. The second one didn’t smell as bad but there were cockroaches in the bathroom, the sheets had burn holes and the chair looked like it had been picked up on the side of the road. Worse it wasn’t 5 miles from the airport but a 20 minute drive. Whoever wrote the good reviews on this place must have made some kind of mistake "
