"This is DEFINITELY NOT a four star - the first night of arrival we were late getting in and the first impression was grim. Front desk was nice enough but it was not a feel good feeling overall. Furniture in the guest area was stained- we got to our room and it was dark and honestly gave me an anxiety attack- felt like a chalk outline should have been on the floor.
