"We loved our little houseboat in Ponta Delgado. We were very fortunate that Sandra took good care of us. We arrived very early in the day and she let us sit in her office (where we nodded off after a long sleepless flight) and then allowed us to check in several hours early. "Yo y mi mujer hemos estado de categoria, escogimos el apartamento con cocina y habitación doble y era bastante grande, el personal de recepción muy amable y educado, la zona para aparcar es grande y caben bastantes coches. "Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche im Bathalha Resort verbracht. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da wir spät Abends angekommen sind wurde der Schlüssel im Safe hinterlegt. Das Frühstück wurde täglich in unser Haus gebracht und war sehr köstlich. Wir konnten zwischen einem Standard und einem großen Frühstück wählen. "Apartment was amazing: bright, clean, spacious. Breakfast items delivered outside the room each morning were high quality and complimentary. Excellent and timely communication was effortless using What’sApp. Staff were consummate professionals. Off street parking came with a remote to open the gate to the secure parking areas. Hot tub and accompanying saltwater infinity pool were on the roof. "

"This hotel is a hidden gem. It’s about four minutes from the airport and very quiet. The staff were incredibly kind. The villa was spotless, and we slept like a dream. Breakfast was delivered to the villa and it was very good. We also went to see the horses, it was fun. "

"What a great spot if you want quiet and tranquility, the view was spectacular. Went for a nice walk in the morning along the bluff not a place to go if you do not have a car or don’t bring groceries with you. It’s a bit far out that is what I loved about it. "
