Our room was at the far end, when we opened the door it was a mess/lived in w/beds unmade with couch cushions on the floor, dirty towels & trash, so walked back to front desk, they gave us a new room after walking far again the key did not work, finally they delivered a key that worked and room was fine, but the door to the pool did not work for 3-days and pool water was freezing. good breakfast and hot tub.

The room was GREAT! Breakfast was good. Our only issues were that the elevator buttons were not working great and the pool isn’t heated (cold) but nice that it’s inside. The hot tub was lovely.

Wonderful breakfast and morning staff. TV and the hair drying fan did not work.. jacuzzi had so much people in it that the foam was brown.. maybe age and hours restrictions would help the jacuzzi/pool area for adults to enjoy it in peace vs all the outrageous screaming and running by kids..

This was the 2nd time we checked in here . Great safe location , our transactions were in Napa area & just 13 miles away. The property is tucked in the business area so its quiet . Big rooms, full size fridge & the indoor pool & jacuzzi were great amenities . They could use an upgrade or some face lift to the rooms & maybe add more options to the hot breakfast , but overall, i highly recommend this place. Will book again in the future . Also, receptionists were courteous.

Everything was good. The only thing was the furniture in the kitchen that showed signs of being broken and needed some repairs. The staff was super nice, and they even helped us when we lost one day before getting to the hotel. They were kind enough to wait for us.

We chose to stay here with our granddaughter because we liked the suites and pool. We would be close to activities including the JellyBelly factory, Six flags, hiking and mini golf. When we arrived we waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. The suite was spacious if dated with a broken window lock, cracked sink and the main room TV did not work. The pool and hot tub were green and fetid. When I mentioned this to the front desk in the morning they said that the person who looked after the pool came after 8am - the stated pool opening time. Our room was neither cleaned or resupplied in the 4 nights we were there. On day 3 we put the garbage in the hall, it was emptied but left in the hall. By our door. The beds were comfortable with a good selection of pillows. Overall I would have to say the Staybridge Suites is in decline with aging infrastructure and no one around to care.
