We really enjoyed our week long stay in the two bedroom two bathroom, full kitchen option! The daily free breakfast was excellent, staff was very accommodative and friendly! Centrally located and will definitely stay again in the future, if visiting the area!

My stay was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout. Edna and Preeti made the check-in and check-out process super-fast and easy, which I really appreciated. Kanta greeted us every morning with a warm smile during breakfast and was especially thoughtful in accommodating both my daughter and my dietary preferences. Their hospitality truly made our visit memorable.

Fantastic place to stay

Everything was great very clean, except for the pullout bed. The clean crew needs to make sure to clean underneath the mattress as well. Other than that fantastic day, the service was great.

I’ve stayed in multiple hotels in the area and this has to be one of the best. Location was great not too far from stores restaurants but also tucked away so minimal noise. Room was big really good size and comfortable/convenient. Full kitchen, mini living room. Staff was great friendly and helpful.

It was a good experience. People/employees were always friendly and helpful. The only suggestion....improve the breakfast. Sausages were awful...not browned or cooked properly. Better selection necessary

Property and room was perfect! The only thing I would say is they would need to let guests know there is no jacuzzi. Please Residence Inn take that picture off of the profile so everyone knows it’s just a pool. Also the elevator didn’t work and it was a struggle going up the stairs to the third floor with our older family members. Other than that it was perfect!

I reserved a two room suite not realizing I requested the handicap unit. That was not quite convenient for us so Britannica and Aaron immediately rectified it and changed our suite. They were friendly and so accommodating.

Soccer tournament

We stayed at this hotel for a soccer tournament from Friday to Sunday. Davis Complex is a 24 minute drive. When we first checked in, we were given the wrong room. We had booked a one-bedroom suite but instead got a studio, which are two completely different types of rooms. It turns out they didn't have a one-bedroom suite available. On Friday, Pearl, the receptionist, was kind and gave us a free night. The next night, we were able to get our one-bedroom suite. The kitchen staff is lovely, especially the African American lady. The location is amazing, The indoor pool is great, and the icing on the cake is the outlets literally next door to the hotel, with great shops like Nike, Adidas, Abercrombie, Hollister, and many more. There are lots of food options available. The elevator is still not working, but the stairs are doable since it is a 3-story building. Currently, they are not charging for parking because the elevator isn't working, which seems fair to me. Overall, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. The hotel offers a pleasant stay for those attending the soccer tournament.
