The rooms were clean and spacious, and the motel was centrally located to restaurants and shopping. Both clerks I dealt with were exceptionally friendly, competent, and helpful. The overall property is slightly worn and dated, but, again, was very clean. Overall, I was happy with the hotel and would stay there if I’m ever back in Vacaville.

The staff was terrific and the room was clean but the noise was terrible! We stopped here mid road trip to get some sleep but that was not what we got. The fridge made a weird, annoying noise and we had to unplug it. The walls, windows, and door were paper thin and we heard everything all night long. People talking, walking around and up/down the stairs, someone coughing next door, the car doors, the car alarms, the traffic. It was the absolute worst!

Staff is amazing, we have been staying at this hotel every month on our trips since August of 2023. We choose this hotel because of the staff. The hotel itself may be a little outdated and could use some upgrades but it's always clean, the breakfast is great and the staff is always friendly, smiling and helpful.

Our room was outdated and some permanent stains/ damage were inside the room on ceiling, walls and carpet. room layout was interesting, floor was creaky and Parking was tight. BUT, staff were really great and friendly working with what they got. cars were safe and so was my family. for what it was, it was ok and good for the price.

Upon entering the room, there was a smell of sewage and smoke. Going into the restroom it was full of flies. Front desk was helpful as we returned immediately to inform her of the conditions of the room. She was able to refund our room fee.
