"Nice hotel which is reasonably close to the airport. Shuttle service (one way) from the hotel to the airport is a bonus. Too bad there's no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Not sure why. Dinner at the restaurant was good, and is the only dining option available. We didn't see any restaurants within walking distance. Our only complaint is that our room was very warm even with the window opened and the thermostat turned OFF. We couldn't understand why, since this is a first floor room....

"This was such a cool little cottage! Just far enough away from the city but still close enough to restaurants and anything you might need. Beautiful waterfalls and other sites are just a short drive away! Kitchen had everything you might need for a few days and the beds in the bedroom were very comfy. The bed in the living room area was pretty hard but not unbearable. The shower water got warm immediately and water pressure was great. Highly recommend if you want to stay out of the city for a...

"We stayed in the family room with the priate bathroom. Its on the first floor and was a lovely room with a modern bathroom. Its right next to the kitchen, but its alsp on the ground floor so you may hear some noise from the upstairs guests. This guesthouse is right next to Gott, which is a FABULOUS restaurant at which we dined for both lunch and dinner. It's within a few blocks of a pharmacy and one of the hiking trailheads. "

"Seljalandsfoss Horizons is a stunning place - it might have been the most beautiful I‘ve ever been. Waking up with a wonderful view to one of the many waterfalls in Iceland, having nearly no light pollution to see the aurora and having the most comfortable bed. It’s a very thoughtful, beautifully designed space, with enough room to prepare your dinners, sleep in peace and have a wonderful hot shower.
