"This was the perfect place for us to stay. We rented a car and were a bit concerned about parking in a small town but the parking was so easy! The staff was kind and welcoming and the room was more room than we needed. Plus we had a balcony. The breakfast was excellent and the “appetizer” meal at 4:30 was a welcome relief. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking.
