Hotel, everyone and everything were top class Alberto was so welcoming and made sure I had a great room with a fantastic Mountain View. Dining was very good and the waiter service was 1st class. Better then so called top restaurants A little remote but the quiet and the drive there was great. I will hopefully come back 1 day

Amazing Views!

Our family of 4 (2 boys under age 12) stayed here one night on our trip through the Dolomites. The family room with the bunk bed was perfect for our family. The views were AMAZING! The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the included breakfast was delicious. We opted not to have dinner, but that was available. The views alone are worth the trip!

This was a stunning hotel! The views are absolutely gorgeous! We were there two nights and the staff was very helpful and kind. We had the dinner one night and the other had a quick 5-10 minute drive to the nearby town. The dinner here was good and the views of the mountains outside was lovely. The breakfast was nice pastries, some meats, cereal, etc. We would happily come back to this hotel. Loved it!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days in July and we had an amazing time. The south side of of the hotel offers a truly breathtaking view of the mountains that would leave anyone in amazement. The staff is friendly and helpful. All you can eat breakfast is included each morning. There is also an affordable and very tasty 4-course dinner each night that includes fresh vegetables from the gardens next the the hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a quiet get-away in the mountains.

If you want to stay in an older ski lodge kind of hotel with amazing traditional Italian food, very friendly staff and spectacular views, this is the place for you! The hotel has so much character and while not many people work there they are courteous and friendly.

I should have looked a little deeper into the facility before booking.. the room was super tiny ( as I could touch both walls @ same time) and the bathroom was tough to navigate being very small itself. People basically nice. Hotel could use an update thou overall seemed clean..

The mattress had a large, sharp spring sticking out and the bed was covered in long blond hairs. When I mentioned this to the man at reception he said he didn’t understand English.

Pas génial pour un prix de fou!

Vraiment beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations!! Salle de bain ridicule avec tout juste un filet d’eau chaude! Nous n’y retournerons pas, je précise que nous voyageons beaucoup en moto et que nous fréquentons beaucoup d’hôtels.

Pas de vue sur la Civetta

A la lecture des autres commentaires, nous savions que nous ne venions pas pour la beauté des chambres, mais pour l'emplacement et la vue sur la Civetta. Malheureusement, même en réservant une chambre avec vue sur la montagne, nous avons eu une chambre avec une vue sur le côté et la forêt (et des toilettes quasiment inaccessibles sauf contorsion, collés à la cabine de douche). Nous en avons informé la réception, mais il nous a été répondu que la montagne était à 360° ici. Certes mais ce n'est pas la vue à laquelle on s'attend quand on reserve ici. Pour 50€ la nuit ça passerait (y compris les toilettes) mais pas pour 100€. Et le moindre des gestes aurait été de nous offrir les deux boissons que nous avons consommées en "compensation". Petit-dejeuner agreable sinon, avec cette fois la vue sur la Civetta.

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovamento per molti aspetti. In generale il servizio è buono, anche se i gestori spesso sembrano essere in affanno. In ogni caso sono gentili per fortuna. Le camere e soprattutto il bagno sono piccoli. La colazione è buona ma potrebbero migliorare nella varietà.

L'hotel è completo di tutto, terrazza panoramica, ristorante, parcheggio coperto per le moto. La stanza assegnataci è grande, ha un divano, una consolle con due sedie, bagno con doccia, tv, armadio e vista sulle montagne. Il menù della cena comprende poche portate ma ben cucinate. La colazione a buffet non è possibile per via del Covid-19, distribuiscono loro a banco quanto da noi richiesto. Il rispetto di distanze, mascherine e sanificazione continua è mantenuto costantemente.

Good stay for affordable price

We enjoyed the stay, very satisfied with staff. However room equipment is bit "outdated", not very nice. We were missing any wardrobe in our room. Furniture was varied - almost every piece different style. No big deal, but it looked bit disorganized. Breakfast was good, but we were missing some vegetables and fruits, or some cereals baked stuff. But overall we were satisfied.

Prezzo alto rispetto al servizio offerto

Prenotata una camera matrimoniale ad un prezzo superiore rispetto alla tipologia economy, ma la realtà non rispecchiava le foto e la descrizione dell'offerta. Purtroppo, il bagno era molto vecchio, senza la doccia (come indicato), ma con vasca scomoda e doccino arrugginito. La ventola era rumorosa. La camera aveva il fancoil non programmato in maniera corretta quindi ci siamo ritrovati al freddo 2 gg su 3, il Wi-Fi era inesistente a detta del personale causa la neve (che c'è stata 2 gg prima del nostro arrivo). Nonostante la comunicazione dei disservizi al personale, non c'è stato nessun compenso per il disagio.

Ho prenotato per 5 persone e abbiamo trovato 4 letti in stanza. Dopo aver fatto gentilmente notare il problema mi è stato risposto che in fondo era una stanza quadrupla e se decidevamo di andarci in 5 era un nostro problema. Ricordando che se uno prenota per 5 si aspetta di trovare 5 letti, mi è stato ricordato che era un problema di Expedia! Alla fine il 5 letto é stato messo. Di sicuro non torneremo.
