"Reception staff super rude and unhelpful and said No basically no o anything. Asked for early checking and was not done then asked for card to goto pool with kids they wanted extra money for that. Didnt say toilets needed key card too. Like 20 -30 people were waiting in lobby and till 3pm werent ..."
