"The club lounge provided very limited food nowadays comparing to our previous stay. However the club lounge staff was very helpful and good service. "

"Hotel is perfectly located near the M1 Line subway and a short walk to several top Paris tourist attractions. The room was well laid out and the bed was firm but very comfortable. Excellent shower and adequate shelf space but no US-style electric sockets ( a hair dryer was supplied). The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was outstanding."

"I sent my elderly parents for 7 nights at this hotel. My dad is just recovering from cancer so I wanted a nice comfortable hotel for them to relax. When they checking in they were told their room is in the “attic” on the 5th floor, and there are only elevators up to the 4th floor which is a real inconvenience for them so they asked to switch rooms. Hotel staff said they would look into it but they never got back to them. Very disappointing for the price I paid."

"You can walk to most of the main sights. WiFi for the TV was a bit slow at times."

"Everyone was welcoming, room was beautiful and spacious in comparison to typical Parisian hotels. Great location!"

"The location could not have been more perfect. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the D’Orsay and many others. There is a grocer a couple of doors down and a fresh fruit stand across the street. Several restaurants are next door and across the street. The only down side is no mini fridge and I have medicine that needs to be kept cold. Also just keep in mind the elevator is a one person and one suitcase elevator, or two people if you have no luggage and are good friends! But it has an...

"Wonderful hotel! everything went smoothly. The lobby area and the room were very clean. Breakfast was great. The location was everything Highly recommend!"

"The hotel was nice, could use a little bit of updating and maintenance but overall a very nice stay. Would stay here again when visiting. Close to the metro, and the arc."

"Absolutely beautiful and very friendly staff"

"Very close to metro station. The breakfast is very nice and impressive. The room is clean and comfort. There is only 1 elevator and maximum capacity for 2 person with 2 luggage. The family room (suite) is on the 6th floor without elevator, you have to reach by elevator to 5th floor and then use the stairway to 6th floor. In conclusion it's worth the money and staying."

"Staff were friendly and very accommodating."

"Location was very convenient."

"Very friendly staff and service "

"I had a double room even though I was by myself. Being someone who has traveled to Europe multiple times, I expected the rooms to be small so I always book for a double room. The bathroom was too small that every time I take a shower, the water overflows to the whole bathroom. Not a big deal, I just wipe it with towels. It's good that it has elevator. However, I do not understand why the elevator stops in between the two floors. So it is either, you drag your suitcase up or down. The staff were...

"The location is very convenient for public transportation. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful."

"Staff were fantastic! Very professional and personable. Hotel is older, but everything was clean and rooms were nice size for 2. After I returned home I noticed there was a double charge on my credit card. I messaged them thru the app, they responded quickly and returned the money charged by mistake immediately."
