"Fantastic property!! Close to all the Disney parks with excellent amenities. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Lots of options both hot and cold. Gorgeous pool and property in general. Lots of open spaces both inside and out. Then Daily Kickback, what a treat. 3 Adult drinks per person and more food. Enough to make a dinner or just a snack before a late reservation. Can’t wait to return. "

"The check in process was horrid. We stood in line for over 30 minutes and were completely ignored. When they finally helped us, the lady who checked us in was rude and had no knowledge of the property, Universal or anything helpful in any way. The room was disgusting! The smell of chlorine and bleach was overpowering in the hallways & in our room. The headboards were peeling and covered in dirt. The bathroom had hairs on the wall and shower that did not come from us. The floor in our room was wet! The proximity to Universal City Walk is not as claims. Or maybe it was the fact that no one could even tell us how to walk there from the hotel property. We got something to eat at the bowling alley. It was not appetizing! It tasted old and greasy. We paid to park at the hotel then we had to take Ubers or pay additional parking at Universal. Overall, I would NEVER stay at this property. I would never let my enemies stay at this property! We will NEVER be back. "
