"The hotel was very loud. Could hear everyone walking up the stairs, closing their doors. Sheets had foot/boot imprints on them. There was only 1 pillow for 2 people. Air conditioning also did not work, was quite warm."

"Upon arrival we discovered that the room we had been given was wheelchair accessible. The problem was that our bathroom floor became completely wet when we showered and there was no cabinet or shelving to store any of our soaps shampoos etc. We also had rented the room because of the washer but there was no drying rack or place to hang clothes to dry or hair dryer. I did contact the office the next morning and asked for those things as well as additional towels which they delivered everything very quickly. They did offer to give us a different room which we declined since we had already unpacked and settled in. The additional towels helped us come up w a solution to deal w the bathroom situation so we didn't want to waste time moving. We also discovered that our coffee maker would not work during the stay and they did bring us another. Overall, even w those inconveniences the staff was very helpful and responsive. The location was perfect for us while we visited our daughter. "

"The room was very minimalist. Bed. Toilet. Shower. No desk or chair. No shelf in the bathroom for wash bags. One power outlet with no USB charging ports. The hotel location was remote. "

"Staff so friendly and helpful, really did a lot to help me, it's a little way outside the town itself (short taxi) and right next to Porselanosa. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Pool was closed while I was there. "
