Great Hotel in Castellon. Staff were amazing and accommodating. Room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Walkable cafes, restaurants, bakeries, parks, church, shopping all around the hotel. A must stay if you find yourself in Castellon.

Comfortable place to stay

Our stay was just fine. Check-in was easy. The room was comfortable, though the temperature was difficult to regulate. We would have liked to have a hot pot in the room for tea and a place to get just a cup of coffee in the morning, since we do not usually eat a large breakfast. We did have trouble finding someone at the front desk in the evening, but eventually they came out to help us. We had dinner one night in the restaurant and it was very good.

Worst check in experience ever.

Can’t really judge a hotel if one can’t check-in in the first place. Needed more than one hour to do so. Reception is usually not attended which makes this very difficult.

It would have been helpful if the parking arrangements were clearer on booking . We had a very frustrating drive around trying to park . Which was some considerable distance away . Once checked in we had access to the Hôtel underground parking .

Service Level

Customer service was appalling. Attitude to simple requests such as basic level requirements was not addressed properly and the staff showed no concern for their guest's relative comfort level. Ask do you have a charger for an iPhone ' no' - Is the bar closed 'si'. No emotional awareness - What It Is and Why You Need It! flabbergasted I was.
