O hotel tem estrutura muito antiga e mal conservada, com móveis velhos, elevadores que dão trancos ao parar e passam sensação de insegurança, além de cobertores antigos e desconfortáveis. A TV praticamente não oferece utilidade, já que não é smart e não pegava praticamente nada. O atendimento também deixou a desejar, com exceção de um recepcionista que foi prestativo. No geral, a equipe demonstrou pouca disposição para orientar e ajudar com informações básicas. Outro ponto que me incomodou bastante foi a localização e a sensação de insegurança durante a noite. A rua é estreita, muito deserta e o entorno passa pouca sensação de segurança, o que tornou a experiência desconfortável. Pela minha experiência, não recomendo a hospedagem."

"This is the worst hotel I've even been to (and I do travel a lot). Breakfast was OK and the staff was friendly, but the property is extremely old, dirty, smelly and in horrible condition. The surroundings are just like the hotel, plus a lot of beggars and pick pockets (you should totally avoid staying in the downtown area of Rio)."
