"The room was clean and comfortable. We had some minor issues with the room; but the staff was very responsive to our requests. This was a very unique experience with the animation theme, which we enjoyed. It was close to the train station which was helpful to us because we arrived on the Eurostar from Paris and needed to take the ICE/DB to Berlin. We walked and took the Metro to the city center every day."

"The room was adequate and the ac worked well. The bathroom was clean but it was difficult to keep the water in the shower area without a shower curtain. The breakfast was ample and had a variety of choices. The hotel staff was friendly and kind and offered recommendations when requested. The evening staff was excellent and addressed our questions fully."

"The hotel is in a bit of a sketchy area on the outskirts of town. I was a single female travelling on my own and didn’t always feel safe walking in that area. The room was a good size with AC. The bedding was comfortable but unfortunately the bed had a large dip in the middle of the mattress and was hard to sleep on as you couldn’t move out of it. The shower glass was not sealed properly and water leaked all over the floor when you showered. It wasn’t just a little amount of water it was...
