"Good place for a short stay in Berlin. I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel before check in. Friendly and professional staff at the front desk. - Only con/peeve: check out was at 12. Housekeeping knocked around 9:00 (I was trying to catch up on sleep) and again around 10:30. I told them on the second time that I’d be staying in the room until 15 Min. before 12. They were polite about it though."

"room was very different to how it was described. the bathroom was undersupplied, with no hand soap and the supposed "luxury" bath products being pretty bang average in quality, and also empty. we were also told there would be bathrobes, but there were none. we though "at least we can still get 24 hour room service" as we were told in the description of the room - and by the guy at the front desk - but when we phoned, they said they were too busy at the bar and room service was off. when we went downstairs to get some food and a drink, there was only about 2 tables with people in the whole bar and they clearly weren't busy at all, just lazy. overall very disappointed and want my money back. I booked this place for valentines day because it was advertised as fancy and romantic but it was shabby and underwhelming. if I'd known what we were gonna get, I would've just booked a hostel and probably had a better experience for about half the money."

"Great hotel, staff, fantastic location. Only two comments: -for some reason our housecleaning stopped, perhaps I indicated that preference incorrectly. - morning breakfast: we had to search for the coffee, as the staff doesn’t offer it. Pretty sure most guests thought only the specialty coffee machine was available, as the urns are tucked away at the server station. That’s odd. And the hot breakfast. Most hotels change that daily for longer-term visitors. It became very monotonous after day 7. Minor complaints. "
