"Very clean throughout, staff helpful and breakfast options good. Room was on the small side for 3 of us, especially as the only mirror near a socket or counter was in the bathroom. Luggage storage available before and after check in. Great location, only 5 mins walk to station. Snacks and drinks available to buy in reception, however it would’ve been good to have a water cooler available rather than buying plastic bottles. Overall very pleased with our stay. "

The reception staff were patient and helpfull in giving directions map for subway/ train as I don't speak German. It was quiet albeit it was Christmas eve. "
