"The hotel was clean and on a good location of you want to be close to Lumphini park.
There is some renovations going on at the hotel, which wasn't too noisy or a big problem. But there is one major problem with this hotel at the moment: there is a huge construction site next to the hotel and they make very loud noise approximately from 9 am to 6 pm. So you can sleep at night but at day time it is impossible to spend time in the room. This is obviously only a temporary problem that the hotel...
"This is a stunning hotel. Large rooms, park like grounds, a beautiful (albeit small) outdoor pool and a beautifully furnished breakfast restaurant really do set this hotel right up there with the best. The rooms are well furnished with quality furnishings, and are fastidiously presented. "
"Our room is spacious and clean. We didn't expect a large living room and a nice dining table when we booked it. Will consider to stay here if we visit Bangkok again. "
"property is located next to the MRT and Lupini Park which is convenient. Hotel was clean but room is dated. Also, the pool was closed, i did not receive any notice from hotel or expedia that the pool was not open. "
"Very good location within walking distance to Lumpini Park, Saladaeng BTS station, shopping areas, and lots of dining options. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well furnished, and the kitchenette is verty convenient. I would stay there every time I am in Bangkok"

"The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Good supply of amenities in bathroom.
Beds super comfortable.
Amazing shower!
Games room and pool were a hit with the kids and the Onsen massage was the best I’ve had. With a nice treat of mango and sticky rice complementary.
Only downside is that this is a dry hotel. The staff happy for you to bring in your own alcohol. "
"I loved staying at this hotel. After a long flight, we stepped out ot the taxi to the warmest welcome from the staff who made us feel like VIP's from the start. We were given arrival drinks and cold face towels to cool and refresh ourselves. The room was spotless and luxurious and the bed was the comfiest I've had in a hotel. I wanted to take my pillow with me! We ate at Vertigo on our first night which was expensive but worth it as it was my husband's 60th birthday. Again, the service was perfect. The door staff were also very friendly and helpful, even haggling with a taxi driver on our behalf ensure we didn't pay over the going rate. I highly recommend the Banyan Tree to anyone, it was a very special experience I will always remember. "
"First time in Thailand and we loved EVERYTHING about this place. The staff was great, everything is clean and tidy, and its convenient to move around. We loved everything about it and would definetely stay again!"
