As an example, we didn't realise that we needed to prebook the free shuttle to Icon Siam shopping centre so there was no space on the shuttle when we got downstairs. The staff apologised and then arranged a taxi for us, free of charge! When we had to leave very early in the morning for an excursion, the staff provided beautifully packed...
