Our room smelled of urine/stale cigarettes in my opinion, wet dog or hockey equipment in my husband’s opinion. It was run down with springs popping out of the underside of the mattress on the sofa bed, the surface appeared to be mouldy and had stains down the arms of the sofa. The caulking around the bath was in poor condition, smeared and brown up the edge of the bath and lost the seal and a disgusting yellow brown stained colour around the toilet. "
