"We have stayed at other FL hotels pre-cruise and this was the best! Shuttle came early, a long line to check in, but restaurant and bar on site, store, and free shuttle to cruiseport if you go early. The gentleman that checked us in was awesome! "

Saw a concert at Hard Rock Hollywood & this hotel was a short ride away-easy to get in & out of. Free parking & an amazing free breakfast too! "
"I would stay here again. I had stayed on the day after a cruise and we were able to get early check in at noon. It would have been a 5 across the board but the pool area was having some kind of issue. We were allowed to use the pool at the hotel across the street since it had the same owners though."
"The only problem was the dishwasher had about 1inch of water in the bottom and we couldn’t use it.
You had to be a member for a free water upon check in.

"The property is very small the patio in the back is bigger than the whole house. The deck out back was full of poop all over the deck and the the deck furniture. The PMI management company insilted my integrity by accusing me of taking towels that were never in the house when we arrived. Stay away its not worth the money."
"Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. Valet staff were courteous, fast, and professional. The hotel staff were all so friendly and accommodating. We were there for a concert and the lobby was playing the artist’s music. There is a free shuttle to and from the Hard Rock (also playing the artist’s music). Hotel is clean and smells divine. The rooms are modern. Comfy beds. AMAZING shower. Breakfast was way beyond our expectations offering such a variety of food! It was a lovely experience...
