"Nuestra experiencia en Dreams Dominicus La Romana fue muy buena y definitivamente es un hotel al que volveríamos. Lo mejor, sin duda, es la playa. Es preciosa, con agua cristalina, tranquila y ese color espectacular del Caribe. Para nosotros fue uno de los puntos fuertes del viaje. También queremos destacar especialmente al personal del hotel. Los dominicanos son increíblemente amables, atentos y serviciales. Siempre encontramos una sonrisa y buena disposición para ayudar, y eso hace una diferencia enorme durante las vacaciones. El staff realmente contribuyó muchísimo a que disfrutáramos nuestra estancia. En cuanto a la comida, no diríamos que fue lo mejor del hotel, pero sí había bastante variedad y diferentes opciones para escoger, así que siempre encontrábamos algo que nos gustara. El principal aspecto que creemos que deberían mejorar es el mantenimiento de las habitaciones. Para un resort de esta categoría esperábamos un poco más de atención a ciertos detalles. También tuvimos bastantes problemas con la conexión a Internet, tanto dentro de la habitación como en diferentes áreas exteriores; en muchos momentos prácticamente no teníamos conexión. A pesar de esos puntos, nuestra valoración general es muy positiva. La belleza de la playa y, sobre todo, la calidad humana y la atención del personal compensaron ampliamente los aspectos que necesitan mejorar. Nos llevamos muy buenos recuerdos de Dreams Dominicus y de la amabilidad del pueblo dominicano. Volveríamos. 🇩🇴❤️"

"We truly enjoyed our week at the Hyatt Zilara (8/18–8/23). It is an amazing property—meticulously maintained, beautiful, and staffed by an attentive team. We stayed in a basic junior suite facing the pool, which was more than enough. The room did not feel outdated, the two queen beds were comfortable, the linens were fresh and soft, and the bathroom was huge. The shower was especially nice, and I appreciated the glass enclosure with doors that could be closed for privacy. The resort was surprisingly quiet during our stay. There are two large pools, and we never had to rush to get a good spot. The beach also had plenty of chairs, with staff available to bring drinks or help adjust the umbrellas. There are several bars throughout the property, and the included drinks were definitely up to par for an all-inclusive resort. The food was good—not a huge amount of variety, but everything we had was tasty and good quality. Dinner options included a buffet and two sit-down restaurants. There is also a restaurant that costs extra, which we did not try. My only complaint was the repeated attempts to sell spa and VIP services. I understand making guests aware of these options upon arrival, but I don't want to be repeatedly approached about upgrades while trying to relax, especially for a VIP service that only lasts 24 hours. Other than that, we had an amazing experience. Beautiful property, attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and most importantly, a very relaxing atmosphere."
