"The shuttle was easy to arrange after arrival at FLL. "

"WeI were given a room on the first level , it was the loudest accommodation possible. We could here foot traffic, elevators and the noise from the highway. We were unable to sleep that night , the next morning we insisted we be move to a higher level in the hotel. We made reservations weeks in advance so I don’t understand why the hotel employee placed us in that noisy room. We are seniors and after four hours of driving, we were hoping to get a good night sleep. "

"Good air conditioning. Nice to have a smaĺl restaurant on property, although we didnt use it due to strange environment. Nice that there is a shuttle offered, although we couldn't take advantage of that perk as it doesn't start early enough for first flight out. I had sent 4 emails a month in advance of stay, and never received a response back. Tried to get shuttle to pick us up after cruise, was put on hold for 17min and then had to pay for an Uber. Got to hotel and had to have been probably 30 people waiting for shuttles and checking in. We checked in early and they took our phone number to call when room was ready. Never got a call, which makes for a long day of traveling and waiting around. Room was clean and cool, but the bed was saggy and horribly uncomfortable. We paid $200 for one night stay. Approximately 12 hours total, zero sleep, not able to take advantage of the ammenities."

"Breakfast was good but they insisted its just for 2 people eventhough we were 4 staying in the room. Feels like a money grab for no reason... "

"La Quinta is in a beautiful location. It was not the cleanest place and the front desk was not very friendly, but I would book it again because for what we got it was worth the price. There is no Restaurant but there are restaurants within 1/2 of a mile. And they also do not have atm machine which was inconvenient. One more thing, the airport shuttle is hit or miss. I had to wait for 45 minutes but my sister got a shuttle within 10 minutes. I usually book a hotel based on whether or not they have an airport shuttle available and a breakfast. And they did have a breakfast that was OK."
