Entorno muy bueno, hotel en mejoras

Nos ha gustado la experiencia, tanto del alojamiento como del SPA. El hotel está situado en un entorno muy bueno, la construcción exterior es bonita (piedra) y dispone de una terraza y un comedor con muy buenas vistas. El personal ha sido muy agradable Como puntos de mejora: se nota que el hotel está en reformas, y las necesita porque hay cosas que están muy anticuadas, tanto en el hotel como en el SPA. Y también deben mejorar la atención telefónica, ya que intenté hablar con ellos por teléfono días previos a la visita y me fue imposible a pesar de intentarlo en varios días y horarios.

Terrible hotel where the only positive thing is the location. The communication in booking and in general at the hotel is not existing. An example is the bar that opened at random times during the week and the staff did not know anything about it. We booked a room with breakfast and access to spa. Turned out that the spa access was only once during the week - BAD communication. But the worst was the condition of the spa area. It was all very old and only half of the features that worked. The thermal room was not warm, no moist in the steam room, showers that didn't work, cold pool was not cold and only half of the jets in the big pool work. Terrible condition. The location of the hotel is beautiful. BUT in the terrace area garbage was all over the floor, chairs were laying around and piled in corners. Tables were not cleaned and broken glass was on the floor. The breakfast was just ok. But again the curtains were dirty, shades were torn - looked terrible.

Decepción

Esperaba un trato y calidad como cuando era El Bosque, y lejos de lo imaginado. El viernes no pude acceder al Spa porque no tenía reserva de hora y tuve que esperar al domingo, dato que no se especifica cdo se reserva!!!. No se puede acceder al Spa desde la habitación con albornoz como antiguamente, y la cena “degustación” de batalla. Desayuno correcto. Instalaciones en lugar maravilloso pero mal gestionadas y descuidadas.

El hotel es acogedor, tiene unas vistas increíbles, las habitaciones son cómodas y el personal es encantador. El Spa es pequeño pero bastante completo. Una única pega, la comida del restaurante no es muy buena.

Ok for Couples

Beautiful setting and the room was really nice and warm. On arrival we were felt with well and room was pre warmed for us as it was chilly out. There is nothing for children to do at the hotel and no menu for children. Restaurant staff were friendly but one was rude. During the day could not get a coffee or any service. Kids not allowed in the pool. Need to drive out from hotel if you need to entertain kids. Saying that, for couples I would say it is nice for a couple of days or so and lovely countryside to explore. Families with toddlers would find it a bit awkward.

El entorno es precioso y el hotel muy acogedor.

El personal es muy amable y siempre atendiendo tus peticiones. El restaurante tiene un menú excelente y variado. Se podrían mejorar algunas instalaciones del spa, aunque la relación calidad precio es buena. En general muy recomendable y muy bien considerando que es un hotel rural de 3, Relación calidad /precio excelente. Estancia muy agradable.

Ha sido una estancia agradable, el sitio muy relajante para descansar, las habitaciones podían ser un poco más amplias. El spa está muy bien pero deberían dejar que se usara más no solo una vez al día.

Luxe rsort met wat aandachtspuntjes

Wij hadden met z'n tweeën 1 kamer geboekt. We konden zonder extra kosten ter plekke deze boeking aanpassen naar 2 x één 1-persoonskamer. Prima natuurlijk! De kamers bleken enorm groot, schoon en zeer luxe. Het ontbjt was ook prima. We kwamen eigenlijk om te hiken in de omgeving maar we hebben toch ook gebruik gemaakt van de spa. Dat viel wel wat tegen: je kon alleen een reservering maken van 90 minuten voor 20,-. Je moest de badmuts op, het grote zwembad was afgesloten en het bubbelbad deed het niet. Tenslotte: prima ontbijt en goed restaurant.

2 jours heureusement il n'a pas fait trop chaud et le ventilateur suffisait. Mais la douche était vraiment minuscule !!! Environ de montagne bien! Petit déjeuner bien!!

Despropósitos y engaño desde la entrada

La estancia dejo mucho que desear cuando llegamos nos dijeron que nos daban una habitación para minusválidos porque no quedaba otra y que el mayorista con quien habíamos echo la reserva no lo sabía ...? Les dijimos que no era nuestro problema sino el del hotel por no comunicarlo...cuando nos enseñaron la habitación al final de un sótano era como una habitación de hospital, les dijimos que nos íbamos y que nos devolvieran el dinero ya que nosotros no habíamos contratado eso, el hotel dispone de spa, pero la sorpresa es que tampoco tenían hueco para que pudiéramos entrar, después lo entendí. El spa tiene la mitad de los servicios cerrados y la atención deja mucho que desear, la recepcionista del spa estaba continuamente en el teléfono., no queda hay la cosa a las 23 horas en punto la tele deja de tener señal!...Ah se me olvidaba que casualidad que al decir que nos íbamos que no nos quedábamos, nos ofrecen otra habitación y nos encuentran hueco para el spa!!!!. En fin fuimos para tener un fin de semana romántico y todo fueron despropósitos!!!!...Es una pena que esto no se controle más.

Se puede mejorar la gestión

Nos costó mucho localizar el hotel. No hay ningunas indicaciones y cuando salimos a pasear, encontramos a otros huéspedes que también llegaban despitados. La habitación que nos dieron no era una maravilla como hacía de esperar el título "triple superior" y hacía calor. (Nos ayudamos del ventilador, pero hay que contar con su ruido para conciliar el sueño.) El lugar es bonito y las instalaciones no están mal. Pero en nuestro caso teníamos que pagar extras por todo y además por el horario limitado del spa no pudimos hacer uso. En resumen mejor asegurarse de todo antes de ir.

Couple of days with relaxing, away from everything. I ordered a suite, but it was just a small apartment, with no special comfort. Small television, and no bathtub. The furniture and bed were worn out.

Bonitas vistas

El hotel esta bien, las vistas y alrededores son muy bonitos. El restaurante muy bien , comida abundante y personal muy amable . El gran inconveniente es que no tiene aire acondicionado y en plena ola de calor era un infierno, imposible dormir. Es recomendable ir a partir de septiembre o cuando no haga calor.

Tranquilidad y relajación.

Habitación está bien pero la ducha del cuarto de baño, es pequeña. Comidas y cenas bien en variación pero pequeñas raciones.
