"This is a great location in the heart of Madrid, but the accommodations were a little worn and lacking. In our unit, we were missing a closet door, several lights were flickering, wi-fi was very inconsistent, and the mattresses weren't great. On the positive side, the rooftop restaurant and bar offered incredible views and decent food (we had the breakfast daily) and it was nice to have extra space for our family of four (vs. hotel room). "Very good apartments around 30 minutes on the metro to central Madrid. Main complaint is the overhead shower head fell on my head! Twice! Reported it to reception who fixed it only for it to happen the next day again. Reported it again when leaving and that receptionist said it hadn't been recorded. That was probably (hopefully) an isolated incident and overall the apartments are very good."
