"Excelente ubicación. Personal alegre y servicial.

"Serras is a beautiful property in a perfect location, and the front desk staff were amazing. The rooftop pool and view were amazing. Unfortunately, the room experience was underwhelming for a five-star hotel.
The AC didn’t work on my first night, so I slept in the heat. There was debris on the floor when I checked in, and it was still there after housekeeping serviced the room during my two-night stay. The coffee machine spilled grounds everywhere; I left it open for housekeeping to see, but...

"Want to leave very honest feedback, very convenient locations, walking distance to sightseeing spots, shopping , and bars. Quiet room. Improvement needed- the water boiler does not work, The WiFi only works till 21:00, do not know why. Informed the property manager that we will check in around 2:15pm in the afternoon, but there is no response from manager till our arrival, we have to wait and tried to communicate actively via phone, expedia msg, then whatapp to find the manager to get things...
