Lovely spacious and clean 2 bedroom apartment which contained everything we required for a comfortable stay. We found the property manager to be helpful providing recommendations for local restaurants, etc. The location was great as we could walk to most places we wanted to visit.

Great place to stay. Close to restaurants and shopping areas. Walking distance to Alcázar palace! There is no front desk but the communication via WhatsApp was great. Any questions we had it got answered very quickly. We will stay here again!

Centric location, easy access to public transportation and parking nearby . The apartment has everything you need to make your stay pleasant . Other complain about the sewer smell , in my opinion is not a building issue , it’s a city issue , all around the city center I perceived the smell . So I won’t blame the property.

Lovely to have access to a washing machine after weeks of travelling. Kitchen had enough pots to cook and prepare food. We couldn’t find the English translations for using the microwave/ oven but worked out the washing machine. Staff that greeted us were very friendly. Good wi-fi. Clean comfortable bedding. Home was very nice and clean. very central location. Walkable to all sightseeing places. many restaurant nearby. However, Dryer didn't work. Community manager promised to send someone but didn't send and not communicated status at all.

A perfect stay in Seville

Everything was perfect from booking, to checking in and our stay throughout. Couldn’t fault the team for their constant communication and thinking of everything that we would need for a comfortable stay. Location is perfect, walking distance to the main sights and great restaurants just round the corner. Would definitely stay here again when we are back in Seville.

Eleven Apartments are right in the middle of beautiful Sevilla, easy walking distance from everything you might want to visit. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities we needed - washer/dryer, full kitchen. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. Entry to the building and apartment was easy, and felt very secure.

The apartment was beautiful inside, in an ideal location that was walkable to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was very helpful with local recommendations, booking a flamenco show, etc. and especially accommodating when we added an extra night at the last minute. We loved our time in Seville.

Clean, good location, well decorated. There was a problem to check in. Nobody there at night. We got entrance code through email. Finally it was solved. There is no safe box. But it is a good area and nothing to worry about! Will recommend this hotel to my friends

the location is close to everything yet in a quite street, apartment is spacious, I have more space than I needed, love the decor and all the things that is provided so I can have a enjoyable vacation. I’m taking note of some of the design ideas, it’s the attention to detail that makes everything different. Some suggestions that the apartment could have been improved for a even better stay, the sensor faucet in the bathroom is quite difficult to use because dispenser time is short so you can’t finish washing your face without waving your hand like crazy. Could put a portable shelving unit under the bathroom sink, there is not enough storage space near the sink for skincare product or towel. In general, it’s been a lovely experience and I would recommend to others.

This was a wonderful sized apartment for a family of 4 with 2 small children. We arrived slightly before the appointed check-in time, but the Mobile Staff via WhatsApp were so helpful and quick to accommodate us. The apartment we had was beautifully furnished and decorated. The apartment did have some ants and little gnats, but wasn't much of a surprise as it was hot in Sevilla. Some of the linen had some stains on them, but we just threw them back in the washer/dryer that they had in the apartment. The hot water tended to come in and out during showers, but there were instructions to reset the water heater if need be. This apartment is situated in such a great location; it's so close to the city center, the metro, and an easy walk to Triana. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby which made the stay easy. Overall, I would stay here again if we returned. The convenience, location and customer service made up for all the other snafus we encountered.
