"Nice location. Many restaurants in the area. Train station nearby. Room is very dusty, despite asking for thorough cleaning many times. Overall it's a good stay."
"This is such a convenient hotel to stay at since it is right next to Tokyo Station. You are able to take a train straight to Narita Airport. The hotel is a bit pricy but because it’s a fancy hotel with great staff who go out of their way. The rooms themselves are also great and the view on either side is also wonderful. If you are on the garden view side, the only negative thing I can think of is that you will hear the train but it’s nothing you can’t ignore since it’s not too loud. I haven’t...
"Easy access (400 m.by foot) from subway (exit A6 with elevator), surronding with food shops and convenient stores.
Twin-bed room is spacious and clean.
Staff is friendly and active.
Self Check in and self check out is very user-friendly. "
"Great service. Everyone understands English well. Despite of being not far from Akihabara (1 station away), It's quite quiet (it's Golden Week when I visited), yet lots of great restaurants can be found around the corners. Definitely stay here again next time."
"It is very conveniently located, on top of a five line Metro station. You just walk into the station instead of going out to the street. A bit hard to find the entrance if you arrive by taxi. You also have to realize that the Hotel lobby is on the 22nd floor!"
